No two patio spaces are quite alike, and a deep set space under roof comes with benefits as well as challenges. A partially enclosed patio space is subject to weather as are all outdoor spaces. Screening against wind, weather, and direct sun and heat is a must to enjoy the greatest amount of time on the patio. A patio space contained under roof is subject to more heat, debris and wind than some open spaces, when there is no outlet. Wind blows the dust in and it covers furniture, window sills and grilling equipment more with a single face exposure. The same holds for heat and weather. That private space overheats in direct sun, rains puddle on the floor, and hail and snow blow in and pile up.
Our custom fabricated screening shields up to 95% of UV rays, reduces exposure to winds and weather, and can greatly reduce dust and debris build-up. The fine mesh is extremely durable and also helps to reduce visibility from the outside, creating a greater sense of privacy. Screening can be installed with manual cranks and clips to secure the base when fully extended. Remote control is also available whereby screens are installed to run up and down rails mounted to support posts.
